„Nagy Attila építész, a Wekerlei Társaskör Egyesület Építészklubjának meghatározó alakja. Fáradhatatlanul dolgozik a kertváros szakszerű helyreállításáért. Elkötelezett wekerleiként vesz részt minden Wekerleteleppel kapcsolatos terv vitájában, szakmai véleményezésében. A telep minden épülettípusának telepen belüli építéstörténetét feldolgozta, valamennyi telek beépítés vizsgálatával a típusépületek átalakulásait, változatait a kertváros történetének tükrében tanulmányozza-tanulmányozta. Forrásértékű ismereteit a Társaskör újságjában, térképeken, a típusépületeket bemutató kötetetekben tette közkinccsé. Önzetlen munkájának célja, hogy a Wekerle értékeinek fennmaradása érdekében segítse a tulajdonosokat, a tervezőket épületeik szakszerű megújulásában.”

Attila Nagy, architect and key figure of the Architectural Club of the Wekerle Social Circle Association, has been tirelessly dedicated to the professional restoration of the garden suburb. As a deeply committed resident of Wekerletelep, he actively participates in all discussions and expert reviews related to development plans for the area. He has thoroughly researched the construction history of every building type within the estate, analyzing plot-by-plot how typologies have evolved over time, always considering their role in the broader narrative of the garden suburb’s history. His work-rich in primary-source value-has been shared with the public through the association’s newspaper, detailed maps, and publications on the building types. Through his selfless efforts, he supports both homeowners and architects in the careful renewal of Wekerle’s architectural heritage, working to ensure the values of the district are preserved for the future.
