Családi ház a Duna-parton

Áporkára, a Soroksári Duna partjára terveztük ezt a családi házat. Cél volt az egyszerű, tiszta szerkesztésű belső rendszer kiépítése úgy, hogy a ház a lehető legkisebb legyen, de a belső tér mégis kényelmes és izgalmas lehessen. További fegyelmező erő volt a Szabályozási Terv előírása, mely szerint hosszú, egyszintes, magastetős épületet lehet tervezni… A kötöttséget úgy oldottuk fel, hogy a külső-belső terek közötti nyitás egyúttal valamilyen síkváltás is lett, illetve a belső tereket kétszintes galériákkal kötöttük össze.

We designed this family house on the banks of the Soroksár branch of the Danube. The aim was to create an interior with a simple, clean layout while keeping the house as small as possible, yet ensuring the spaces remain comfortable and exciting. An additional constraint was the local zoning regulation, which required a long, single-storey building with a pitched roof. We resolved this limitation by creating openings between the interior and exterior that also involved subtle shifts in planes, and by connecting the interior spaces with a mezzanine gallery.

A projekt érdekes további életet élt. A koncepcióterv időszakában három verziót készítettünk a Megbízó számára - ő a fentit választotta. Később a Lechner Tudásközpont kiírt egy családiház-mintaterv tervpályázatot (NMTK), amelyre beadtuk mindhárom koncepciótervünket. Kicsik voltak, gazdaságosak, rugalmasak, épp alkalmasak mintatervnek…:) Íme a második változat:

The project took on an interesting life of its own. During the concept design phase, we prepared three versions for the Client - they chose the one shown above. Later, the Lechner Knowledge Centre announced a design competition for prototype family houses, and we submitted all three of our concept designs. They were small, economical, and flexible - perfect candidates for prototype plans…

A hosszú, magastetős és a tömör, lapostetős verziók előnyeit egyaránt megmutatja ez a harmadik változat. A lapostetős tömegek és az áramló, egymásba nyíló belső terek finoman vezetik a lakókat az utcáról, a gépkocsibeállón át, a házon keresztül egészen a vízpartig. Az emeleti szint saját terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek vizuális kapcsolat nyílik a Duna túlpartjára is. A harmadik:

This third variation combines the strengths of the long gabled house and the compact flat-roofed scheme. The flat-roofed volumes and flowing interior spaces guide residents from the street, past the carport, through the house, and all the way to the water’s edge. The upper floor includes a private terrace with a fine visual connection toward the opposite bank of the Danube.
